Labretto

Hello I’m Stuart Clook and I live on Banks Peninsular on the east coast of New Zealand’s magnificent South Island where most of my photography is based.

If you are interested in purchasing a print then please get in touch with me below. There is a selection of open and limited edition prints available.

Ink jet (Giclee) prints are produced using Epson’s Ultrachrome K3 Inks on the finest archival paper and canvas to produce a fine art image that when looked after correctly will last more than a lifetime.

My Platinum, Palladium and Gum prints are made using the finest quality materials and cotton rag paper. Each hand made print is archivally processed with rigor and patience for maximum permanence and when framed correctly will last several lifetimes.

Unframed prints are protected using acid free paper and rolled into large diameter tubes for posting. Framed prints can be arranged using a local expert framer at Magma Gallery here in Christchurch. Get in contact with me for more details and options.

If you are in Christchurch visit Magma Gallery in the Tannery emporium where I have number of prints on display for sale.

    Hello Stuart
As soon as I saw your photo of Stocking hut in Blossums, Kaikoura, I had to have it. I love it and thank you very much for “doing it”. I’ve spent many nights in similar huts and it brings back happy memories. It’s so real especially with the blow fly!
It’s added my personality to my home. regards, Pamela

Hello Pamela, thank you for your message, I’m very pleased you enjoy the image, its one of my favorites too. I was in the Hooker valley again a few weeks ago and the window has been replaced with a new modern frame and single plane of glass.
Have you spotted that Billy Connolly (Scottish comedian) has signed his name?
      Kind regards
      Stuart

    Hello Stuart
My son saw your piece of work entitled Torlesse Ranges which moved him greatly – says it was a result of growing up with Lord of the Rings!
I would love to get it for him as a 21st gift so am enquiring about the price of an unframed print.
    Kind regards
    Michele.

Hi Stuart, I like Pamela above, have purchased the ‘Stock Stream Hut’ print, and love it! I am wondering if your prints have a limited number of prints?

    Keep up the good work!

    Regards, Kathy

Hi Kathy, thank you its great to get your feedback. The Mt.Cook image through the Stocking Stream hut window is an open edition print. There are some images that do have a limited print edition. The only image to sell out to date has been the Totara Tree above Port Levy on Banks Peninsular. BR stuart
